Rail Gourmet is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as On Board Host for East Midlands Train (EMR) at Nottingham.
Join Rail Gourmet UK, the leading provider of catering and on-board services to the British Railway Industry. Operating from over 40 service centres nationwide and employing over 1000 people in the UK alone, our commitment is to deliver a service that is First Class β Consistently.
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: Β£12.60 per hour.
AS AN ON BOARD HOST YOUβLL:
- Provide \βat seat trolley service\β on EMR trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
- Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales targets independently, and meeting contractual goals.
- Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
- Perform Service Centre duties as directed, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing diverse needs and offering accurate details on services, ticketing, platforms, and potential disruptions.
