SSP Group, in Edinburgh Waverley Station, is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader for M&S Simply Food. You’ll open, close and manage daily operations, leading a team across night shifts from 10PM to 8:30AM, with a 40-hour week and a pay rate rising to £15.25 per hour for eligible hours.
You'll inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service, handle busy periods, and support continuous improvements while working across weekdays, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
