Join Rail Gourmet - Catered to You and Your Career! Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Manchester Stores.

Pay Rate: £15.04 per hour.

Hours: Full Time.

Shifts: Rotational shifts between 5am and 10pm, including weekends.

Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role. We are a premier provider of catering and onboard services to the British Railway Industry. With over 40 service centres nationwide and a workforce of over 1000 employees in the UK alone, we are committed to delivering a First-Class service consistently.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER YOU’LL:

  • Oversee efficient loading / unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains.
  • Manage order assembly and maintain precise control over inventory.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety / Food Hygiene Regulations.
  • Strategically place products to minimize wastage through effective rotation.
