As a Duty Manager you will open and close the store, supervise shifts (5am–11pm), and motivate your team to perform at their best. Pay starts at £13.75/hr, with a £1.50/hr night incentive to reach £15.25/hr, in a full-time 40-hour pattern. SSP offers training and development programs and employee discounts.
