About the Role
Chef de Partie at Bird & Signet, Glasgow Airport.
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour (+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.70 per hour.)
Shift Pattern scheduled between 2 am and 11 pm.

ABOUT YOU:
- You thrive under pressure, love a challenge, and can rally a kitchen behind you.
- A hands-on chef who keeps cool, stays positive, and leads by example.
- 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
- Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
ABOUT THE CHEF de PARTIE ROLE:
- Lead and supervise the kitchen.
- Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
- Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
- Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
- At least one year’s experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
