SSP Group is seeking a Duty Manager at Birmingham Airport (Starbucks) on a fixed-term contract until mid January 2027. The role offers 35 hours per week, with pay £14.25 per hour base rate plus an extra £1.50 for hours between midnight and 6 AM, making £15.75.
Hours are 2am to 11pm, across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. You will lead teams across brands like Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and BrewDog in busy locations across the UK & Ireland, driving great service.
