BAR STAFF - DICKEN'S INN, ST.KATHERINE'S DOCKS, LONDON

Fixed term contract until end of December 2026! Please note this is a 20h a week MINIMUM contract - successful candidates may be expected to have their hours increased, depending on business needs.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour. Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge.

Shift times are between 10am and 12am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You

As a Bar Staff, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day. You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Staff role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol. A good level of spoken English is needed to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues and to support safe and efficient service.

About the Bar Staff Role

  • Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Take orders and prepare drinks behind the bar.
  • Run food from the pass to tables efficiently and accurately.
  • Work on the floor collecting glasses and keeping sections clean and presentable.
  • Support the bar team as a Bar Back by restocking supplies throughout the shift.
  • Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware and essential items.
