The predicted salary is between 30000 - 32000 £ per year.

Pay Rate: £14.56 per hour plus an additional £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £16.06 per hour. Shift times are 2am to 10pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

  • Due to some responsibilities within the Chef de Partie role, applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen.
  • Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets, and cleanliness records.
  • Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction, and retention of the Kitchen Team.
  • Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.

At least one year’s experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
