In addition, the People Reporting Specialist has a crucial responsibility in ensuring that SSP’s HR teams are able to access the data that they need to keep the business running. As part of the People Analytics team, this role will work with our global HR team in our Camden office, and remotely with our regional HR teams across the world to develop high-quality reports and analytics solutions using SuccessFactors, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools. • Support the business with SuccessFactors reporting: Build and maintain a library of SuccessFactors reports covering the employee central, learning, compensation, and performance modules, with more to come in the future.
  • Be the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors reporting, supporting regional HR teams with their reporting requirements and being the first point of contact for any reporting enquiries.
  • Implement a governance framework for SuccessFactors reports to ensure that reports are documented, duplication is minimised, and that best-practice is followed by all reporting users.
  • Provide support for users of the Gallup Access platform by responding to enquiries, updating data within the system, and providing technical support to internal teams running their own surveys.
  • Deliver introductory training on SuccessFactors reporting and Gallup Access administration to users across the business.
  • Support the global HR team with data processing, validation, visualisation, and analysis.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience of delivering projects with Power BI, Dataflows, and other Microsoft Fabric tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into an appropriate action plan, selecting the best tool and method to fulfil the request.
