Shift times between 8 am and 11:30. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU
Hospitality moves fast – and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Duty Manager role’s got your name on it. Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts. Previous experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality environment is desirable for this role, but not essential. We are happy to train you. Personality is what counts!
ABOUT THE DUTY MANAGER ROLE
- Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
- Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
- Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go‑to person for customer and team queries.
- Results‑focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
- Work alongside the team during busy shifts, leading by example and taking a hands‑on approach.
- Support with day‑to‑day tasks across the unit to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
- Help your team stay organised, motivated and focused throughout the shift.
