We’re now looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team at Belfast Airport.

This is not just a front-of-house leadership position — it’s a key operational and analytical role. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, taking ownership of labour planning, rota control, cost and waste management, and financial performance tracking.

- Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills with confidence using data to improve performance.
