CHEF de PARTIE - TAP&BREW, LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT
Please note previous kitchen experience is required.
Pay Rate: £14.56 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6AM, bringing your rate of pay to £16.06 per hour.
Shift times are 2am to 10pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

- A hands-on chef who keeps cool, stays positive, and leads by example.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Chef de Partierole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- Lead and supervise the kitchen.
- Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
- Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
- Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
- At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
