ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a Night Shift Cleaner with a bold, fun and friendly personality, someone who prefers keeping busy, achieves results, takes pride in their work and is able to use their own initiative. 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check required. Due to some responsibilities within the Night Shift Cleaner role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts. Previous experience in deep cleaning, industrial cleaning, kitchen cleaning, or other physically demanding cleaning environments is preferred.
ABOUT THE NIGHT SHIFT CLEANER ROLE:
During the night shift, you will help prepare the restaurant for the next day by ensuring the kitchen and facilities are fully cleaned, organised and operational. Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, floors and work surfaces
- Cleaning specialist equipment such as broilers and grills
- Maintaining high hygiene standards across all back-of-house areas
- Supporting with deliveries, unpacking and organising stock
- Moving and handling equipment safely as part of cleaning routines
- Following all health and safety procedures, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
