PAY & BENEFITS
- £13.80 per hour + £1.50 extra per hour between midnight and 6am (total £15.30/hour)

THE ROLE
As a Bar Team Leader, you’ll guide a team through busy airport mornings, ensuring every guest receives great service before they fly.
- Manage opening, closing, and daily operations confidently
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
- Be the first point of contact for customer and team queries
- Keep the atmosphere positive during peak times
- Focus on results, monitor performance, and champion improvements
ABOUT YOU
- Passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Shift Leader in hospitality, retail, or catering
- A confident problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- 18+, due to alcohol service responsibilities
- Able to provide 5 years of references and complete a criminal record check
