PAY & BENEFITS

  • £13.80 per hour + £1.50 extra per hour between midnight and 6am (total £15.30/hour)

THE ROLE

As a Bar Team Leader, you’ll guide a team through busy airport mornings, ensuring every guest receives great service before they fly.

  • Manage opening, closing, and daily operations confidently
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Be the first point of contact for customer and team queries
  • Keep the atmosphere positive during peak times
  • Focus on results, monitor performance, and champion improvements

ABOUT YOU

  • Passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Shift Leader in hospitality, retail, or catering
  • A confident problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
  • 18+, due to alcohol service responsibilities
  • Able to provide 5 years of references and complete a criminal record check
