Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new tech clients through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and presenting candidates.
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent efficiently.
- Maintain strong communication with both clients and candidates throughout the process.
- Represent SSM Talent professionally and consistently uphold our quality standards.
