We are the Mechanical and Electrical section of Integrated Water Services. Better known as IWS M&E. and part of South Staffordshire Plc. IWS M&E provides pump diagnostics and refurbishment, project management, telemetry, chemical dosing and control, instrumentation installation and maintenance, environmental management, plant and infrastructure maintenance and emergency response. These services and cost efficient solutions for water, wastewater and environmental problems are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year anywhere in the UK. IWS M&E is a successful, growing company that is looking for talented employees who want to work in an environment that is challenging and rewarding.

About the job

· Ensure the flawless execution of site works and pump refurbishments, consistently meeting project deadlines while adhering to allocated budgets.

· Engage in meticulous planning to optimize resources and effectively allocate them to meet project objectives.

· Vigilantly adhere to stringent health and safety protocols and maintain open and effective communication with clients to address their requirements and concerns.

About the successful applicant

· Hold a minimum qualification of City & Guilds Part 3 in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent NVQ Level 3, coupled with a background in completing a mechanical engineering apprenticeship.

· Demonstrate a track record of success in similar supervisory roles within the water or related industries, showcasing competence in resource management, planning, and budget control.

· Possess strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team of mechanical engineers towards the achievement of project objectives.

· Hold a valid driving license
