As a Key Client Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with top‑spending clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving new business through strategic sales campaigns and proactive business development.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top spending clients, ensuring their training and consultancy needs are fully met.
- Maximise sales opportunities within key accounts by identifying growth potential and up‑/cross‑selling across the full service range.
- Lead or contribute to strategic sales campaigns and sales drives, consistently achieving agreed sales targets.
- Proactively identify service improvement opportunities and gather client feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Manage end‑to‑end administration, including processing bookings, producing complex proposals, reports, and client training matrices.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and ensure full GDPR compliance.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, with a strong focus on client engagement.
- Confidence working professionally with senior decision‑makers, building trust from the outset.
- Ability to self‑manage a demanding workload.
