  • Coordinate training administration, processing course bookings, amendments, cancellations and transfers, while ensuring all required information is received and accurately recorded ahead of delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure trainers have the resources, pre-course materials and information required to deliver high-quality training, carrying out final course checks to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Administer awarding body requirements by processing course notifications within deadlines, creating virtual training links, managing tutor calendars and maintaining tracking spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support across the business, responding to customer enquiries, assisting with online exam invigilation and supporting the day-to-day operation of the Plymouth Training Centre, including preparing training rooms and refreshments.
  • Maintain accurate records and make effective use of business systems and software while supporting the wider team with additional administrative duties as required.

Who you are

  • Confident using Xero and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence dealing with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across multiple software platforms, including CRM and training management systems.
  • A proactive, positive and supportive approach, with strong problem-solving skills and a good sense of humour.
