SSG Training & Consultancy Ltd are looking for a passionate and professional First Aid Instructor to deliver accredited first aid training courses in line with FAIB standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing training organisation and make a real impact by equipping learners with life-saving skills.

What you will do:

  • Deliver First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid, and Paediatric First Aid courses.
  • Ensure all training meets FAIB standards and awarding body requirements.
  • Create an engaging, interactive learning environment.
  • Assess learners and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Ensure training equipment is prepared and maintained.
  • Represent SSG Training and Consultancy professionally, at all times.

Who you are:

  • FAIB First Aid Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
  • Teaching / assessing qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
  • Up to date First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
