The Weekend Housing Management Officer will provide direct support to residents while assisting with administrative tasks as directed by management. The role ensures that housing services operate smoothly over the weekend and that residents receive timely, professional, and empathetic support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to residents, responding to support needs.
- Assist with administrative tasks as directed by management, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and document management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and databases.
- Support housing processes, including applications, rent records, and other relevant administrative functions.
- Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and external agencies to coordinate weekend housing operations and resident support.
- Ensure compliance with housing policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and incidents, providing timely and appropriate assistance to residents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housing management, social care, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
