SSEN Transmission is seeking a Principal Engineer – Transformers to define technical policy, influence industry standards and support innovative projects across our high-voltage transmission network in Scotland.
You will own technical specifications for electrical wound plant such as grid transformers and HVDC converter transformers, review designs, witness testing, and provide SME input to design reviews, while guiding colleagues and representing SSEN Transmission at industry bodies.
