SSEN Transmission is seeking a Lead Site Construction Manager for the Beauly Denny 400kV Upgrade project. You will lead the construction team, ensure safety, quality and programme compliance, and represent the business with suppliers to keep works on schedule and within contract terms.
You will recruit and develop the construction team, monitor performance and drive standardisation across the organisation, creating work instructions and best practices for all site activities.
