SSEN Transmission is seeking a senior land rights professional based in Scotland with a strong background in land ownership systems, wayleaves, servitudes and compensation. The role focuses on securing land rights for national infrastructure projects, liaising with landowners, and coordinating complex stakeholder negotiations.
You will manage the production of necessary wayleaves and CPOs, draft land assembly strategies, and ensure fair and balanced agreements while working across internal teams.
