SSEN Distribution, part of the SSE group, offers a Linesperson Trainee position based in Reading/Theale. The 18–24 month programme trains you to become a qualified Linesperson with structured salary progression as you gain authorisations.
You’ll work outdoors, at height, and learn at our dedicated training school, buddying with experienced linespersons. A full UK driving licence is required; training enables you to earn while you learn, with potential overtime and a company vehicle later.
