Working Pattern: 12-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available What is the Role? Our Operations Trainer will be a key operational requirement within SSE Airtricity. In this role you will: – Produce high quality learning resources to cater to all learning needs – Be responsible for managing reporting needs – Conduct learning needs analysis with key operational stakeholders – Create robust assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and critically analyse the outcomes – Act as an SSE ambassador and lead by example by supporting, contributing and driving towards the department objectives and goals What do I need?
