About the Role Base Location: Belfast (this role has a hybrid working pattern) Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing. Working Pattern: 12-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available What is the Role? Our Operations Trainer will be a key operational requirement within SSE Airtricity. In this role you will: – Produce high quality learning resources to cater to all learning needs – Be responsible for managing reporting needs – Conduct learning needs analysis with key operational stakeholders – Create robust assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and critically analyse the outcomes – Act as an SSE ambassador and lead by example by supporting, contributing and driving towards the department objectives and goals What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: – Knowledge of the Northern Ireland retail energy markets and an understanding of the requirements associated with working in a regulated utility industry – Demonstrable experience in delivering effective and engaging training sessions – Strong coaching and communication skills – An understanding of key operations functions (Customer Service, Billing, Credit Control, Meter Reading) – Competency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel About our Business SSE is a multinational energy company listed on the FTSE 100, with a vision \”to be a leading energy company in a net zero world\”.
