Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available The role As one of our Back Office Administrators, you’ll work closely with other departments to ensure our customer’s pre-paid journey is a smooth experience. You will Take ownership of daily work queues and resolve outstanding queries through to resolution Ensure timely and accurate processing of statements, managing validation queues effectively Manage internal / external communication channels, including phone lines, email and post to address and resolve customer queries within SLA Challenge the status quo and contribute to operational excellence discussions by continuously suggesting ways to improve Provide support to other Home Energy teams as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork You have Demonstrable experience working within a customer focused environment with a passion for delivering excellent customer service The ability to support various operational areas and solve problems innovatively A customer and quality-focus alongside exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail An open and flexible workstyle with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines A professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills alongside proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Outlook, Word About SSE SSE has a bold ambition – to be a leading energy company in a net zero world.
