We are looking for a Utility Arboriculture Surveyor to join our busy team!
Base Location: Andover, Salisbury, Basingstoke, Melksham, Swindon or Petersfield. This role is mobile and predominantly field based, and we require your base 'home' location to be within commuting distance to our Depots listed above.
Salary: £34,749 - £40,939 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family:
- 37 hour working week.
- Additional payments when required to do overtime & up to £3,820 for standby payments (subject to qualifications).
- Full PPE and tools required for the position.
- Access to a company vehicle.

The role:
As a Utility Arboriculture Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying the overhead power line network, identifying vegetation encroachments, and designing tree cutting solutions that remove the vegetation safely, effectively and in line with company procedures. This may include ENATS 43-08 maintenance, ETR132 resilience work and general enquiries.
You will be:
- Carrying out comprehensive vegetation encroachment surveys of our overhead network.
- Providing accurate reporting and documentation of findings.
- Preparing key documents for work teams to carry out set tasks.
- Carrying out consent organisation and negotiation with 3rd parties.
You will have:
- Utility arboriculture knowledge and experience, including UA5.1/5.2.
- Excellent personal organisation and communication skills.
- IT literacy not limited to the Office 365 suite of applications.
- Full, clean, manual driving license.
