Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness and/or Perth.
Salary: £50,100 – £75,100 plus performance‑related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The Role: Supply Chain Manager within the Procurement and Commercial team. Develop and manage supply chain relationships and performance as part of the Supply Chain Performance centre of excellence team. The role is essential for the successful development and delivery of projects across our Networks Transmission business.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key supply chain companies and support implementation of engagement strategy to deliver projects.
- Coordinate engagement and interaction to enable clear communication on key areas.
- Ensure supply‑chain resilience by working with stakeholders to obtain and analyse information on skills, resources, sub‑supply chain and capacity.
- Establish sources of data to provide measurable and comparable feedback on supply‑chain performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant recognised qualifications; no requirement for a Quantity Surveying degree or CIPS.
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement and commercial management processes linked to large infrastructure projects and associated supply‑chain management.
- Excellent organisation, planning and time‑management skills with the ability to deliver quality output to deadlines.
- Analytical experience as an analyst is advantageous; strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues and resolve them quickly and accurately.
- Proficiency in data and information exchange across multiple platforms and reporting tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Power BI and cost‑reporting systems.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical and cost‑management skills; excellent IT skills, especially with MS Office applications.
