The SSE plc IT division is seeking a Service Resilience Lead, a retained ITSM role within a SIAM Hybrid model, overseeing resilience, continuity and recovery for business-critical services and their dependencies. The role focuses on assurance, evidence, controls and improvement actions across the service ecosystem.
It does not own day-to-day continuity delivery; operational delivery remains with Service Integrator, Owners and providers, while you ensure readiness and governance.
