SSE plc's SSEN Transmission is seeking experienced Land Managers to secure land rights for 400k V projects across Scotland.

You'll prepare wayleaves, liaise with landowners, assess impacts on land and businesses, and negotiate servitudes and compensation.

The role combines land agent expertise with large-scale utility projects, with 50% of time in the office at Perth, Inverness or Aberdeen, and a clear path to develop stakeholder management and project leadership.
