The predicted salary is between 29504 - 34757 £ per year.

Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Forbury Reading or Ty Calon Cardiff.

The role involves managing customer insolvency cases across a range of business types, ensuring accurate documentation, financial integrity, and compliance throughout the process. Responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and verifying insolvency cases using multiple data sources, creating and maintaining accurate case files and trackers.
  • Managing cases from initial review through to final closure, ensuring documentation is complete, balances are accurate, and financial adjustments are applied where necessary.
  • Supporting customer transitions through change of tenancy processes, issuing communications and monitoring responses to maintain continuity of service.
  • Conducting risk assessments and, where required, issuing statutory demands to mitigate financial exposure.
  • Contributing to audit-ready processes by maintaining trackers, completing reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and policy standards.

You should have:

  • Experience working with financial, legal, or compliance processes, ideally including insolvency or debt resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases accurately and consistently.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to maintain accurate records and trackers.
  • Good communication skills, able to liaise with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive and structured approach to work, with confidence in following procedures and improving processes where appropriate.
