Base Location

Slough, Reading, Theale or West London

This role is mobile and predominantly field based, and we require your base 'home' location to be within 30 minutes of our depots listed above.

£34,749 - £40,939 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family:

Role Overview

We're looking for a Tree Cutting Quality & Safety Inspector (QSI) to join our team. We need someone who's organised, skilled, and has a great eye for detail, someone who takes pride in their work and wants to make a real difference.

You'll be safety-minded and proactive in how you approach each task.

In this role, you'll be responsible for checking the work carried out by our arborists and tree cutters to make sure it meets SSEN clearance specifications and our high standards for quality and safety.

You will

The QSI role covers a wide range of functions, and key responsibilities include the following.

  • Project Management with site inspections on completed works.
  • Conducting on-site safety audits and data reporting.
  • Customer liaison and support of planned customer interruptions.
  • Surveying, consenting and provision of associated job packs.

You have

  • Utility arboriculture knowledge and experience, including UA5.1/5.2
  • Be Safety and Customer focussed with excellent communication skills.
  • Have the ability to identify inefficiencies and be able to suggest and implement improvements.
  • Be IT literate, not limited to the Office 365 suite of applications.
  • Hold a Full, clean, manual driving license.
