About the role Base Location: Reading,Basingstoke or Andover This role is mobile and predominantly field based, and we require your base \’home\’ location to be within commuting distance of our depots listed above. Working Pattern:Permanent | Full Time We are looking for aTree Cutting Quality & Safety Inspector (QSI) to join our team. We\’re looking for a well organised, highly skilled individual who has a keen eye for detail and is looking to make a difference. Ideally you will be safety driven, have a high level of self-organisation and be generally proactive in your approach. In this role you will take overall responsibility for inspecting work carried out by our arborists/tree cutters to ensure compliance with SSEN clearance specifications. The Role: The QSI role covers a wide range of functions, and key responsibilities include the following. – Project Management with site inspections on completed works. – Conducting on-site safety audits and data reporting. – Customer liaison and support of planned customer interruptions. – Surveying, consenting and provision of associated job packs. You Will: – Have Utility arboriculture knowledge and experience, including UA5.1/5.2 – Be Safety and Customer focussed with excellent communication skills. – Have the ability to identify inefficiencies and be able to suggest and implement improvements. – Be IT literate, not limited to the Office 365 suite of applications. – Hold a Full, clean, manual driving license.
