Overview

The role

Due to ever-increasing workload, the Offshore Delivery Directorate within SSEN Transmission has an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in our project teams.

The role will involve travelling to different sites/offices with the occasional night away. A driving license is essential.

You will

  • Register visitors to Office on system. Greet visitors and new starts on site.
  • Assist the project teams with general administration duties, such as booking meeting rooms, PPE ordering, ordering stationery, dealing with office deliveries.
  • Manage project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles.
  • Support the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines.
  • Travel to projects as required.

You have

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders and project teams.
  • You\'ll be competent using Microsoft Office packages and a flair for picking up new IT systems would be a bonus.
  • Good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • An analytical and systematic approach to problem solving, be able to use own initiative, while also contributing to effective team working.
  • A high regard for safety, of both yourself and your surroundings at all times is imperative.
