Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Reading or Havant.

Salary: £66,100 - £99,100 + car allowance + performance related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available.

The role is a senior product leadership role responsible for setting the direction and ensuring value delivery from core IT service management and automation platforms. The role owns the full product lifecycle - from strategy and roadmap through delivery and ongoing improvement - with a strong focus on customer experience, efficiency, resilience and measurable business outcomes.

You will:

  • Set and own the product vision and roadmap, translating business priorities into clear outcomes and a delivery plan that balances value, risk and pace.
  • Lead end to end product delivery, ensuring platforms are designed, delivered and continually improved to meet user needs and operational requirements.
  • Act as the main link between business and delivery teams, representing user needs, prioritising work based on value, and making clear product decisions.
  • Put in place effective governance and controls, covering areas such as security, data, integrations, access and supplier management to ensure platforms remain sustainable and compliant.
  • Build strong internal and supplier relationships, managing performance, resolving issues, and creating a collaborative, product led way of working that encourages learning and innovation.

You have:

  • Strong product leadership experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex platforms or products across their full lifecycle.
  • The ability to work in complex environments, bringing clarity where there are multiple stakeholders, technologies or competing priorities.
  • Experience of prioritising work based on value, using data and outcomes to guide decisions rather than process alone.
  • A solid understanding of governance and risk, including security, data, and supplier management, and how to apply this in a practical way.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to explain why, bring people with you, and work effectively with a wide range of perspectives and approaches.
