SSE plc is seeking a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer within the SSEN Transmission HVDC Engineering team in Scotland, with base in Perth/Inverness/Aberdeen/Glasgow and 50% in the office.

You will lead HVAC, cooling and fire protection systems at HVDC converter stations and related infrastructure.

You will work on multi-billion-pound transmission projects, collaborating with OEMs and Tier 1 contractors to ensure safe, reliable, high-performing mechanical systems.
