Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Perth, Glasgow, Inverness whilst other SSER locations can be considered.
Salary: £59,800 - £89,800 + car /car allowance - if applicable + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role: As a Commercial Asset Manager, you'll play a key role in maximising the value and commercial performance of one of the UK's leading onshore portfolios. Working at the heart of our Commercial Management and Operations teams, you'll help shape commercial strategies, optimise revenue streams, and identify opportunities that enhance the long‑term performance and value of our renewable energy assets. This is a varied and influential role where you'll work closely with operational, technical and commercial teams to unlock value, support investment decisions and drive continuous improvement across our portfolio. You'll also play an important part in supporting future growth opportunities, helping to integrate new assets and ensuring they deliver strong commercial outcomes.

You will:
- Identify and deliver opportunities to maximise asset value, improve performance and enhance commercial returns across operational onshore renewable assets.
- Manage revenue and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance while maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders.
- Support investment opportunities by providing commercial insight and analysis to help achieve the best returns.
- Collaborate with operational, technical and asset management teams to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Support growth opportunities and the commercial integration of new onshore projects.
You have:
- Experience in a commercial management, asset management or related role.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including experience developing business cases, evaluating investments or assessing commercial opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across a range of audiences.
- An understanding of asset management principles, performance drivers and value optimisation within the energy, infrastructure or related sectors.
- A track record of identifying and delivering performance improvements, commercial enhancements or value creation initiatives.
