The role

As a Pensions Administrator, you will ensure smooth administration of our pension schemes and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service. Your role involves managing benefits for scheme members and supporting internal colleagues while acting as a liaison with trustees.

You will

  • Ensure all scheme member benefits are recorded, calculated, and paid correctly.

  • Provide support for member events, communications, and legislative changes.

  • Support administration services and financial reporting for final salary pensions.

  • Perform complex pensions calculations using automated and manual processes.

  • Communicate clearly with clients, members, and stakeholders.

You have

  • Previous experience in a similar role with the knowledge of the operation of pension schemes, including defined benefit schemes.

  • High level of accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks.

  • Ability to engage across different company levels with clear communication.

  • Understanding of how pensions can impact HR policies and how they sit in the context of overall reward within HR.
