The Role:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the Accounts Receivable activities within the Group Accounts Receivable remit, however the key focus of this role will be on debt recovery relating to our Distribution Networks Connections billing processes. You will be required to support the networks business, meet its debt targets and work with many areas of the business with regards to the collection of debt.
You will:
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly, ensuring accuracy and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to support business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing timely query resolution and professional telephone support.
You will have:
- Extensive experience in a complex and fast-paced Accounts Receivable environment, demonstrating accuracy and resilience under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring positive client interactions and timely resolution of queries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- High numerical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills to manage reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
