Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations or at site: Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Lowestoft, Reading whilst other SSER locations can be considered.

The role involves delivering some of the UK's largest and most significant renewable energy projects. As Completions Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient transition of plant and equipment from construction through commissioning and into operations. Working across multiple project packages, you'll lead the completions process, oversee the Completions Management System and coordinate the successful handover of systems and assets. You'll collaborate with project teams, contractors and operational stakeholders to help deliver projects safely, on schedule and ready to generate clean energy for millions of homes.
- Lead the Completions Management System, ensuring it is established, maintained and consistently applied across all construction packages to support successful project delivery.
- Coordinate mechanical completion activities, ensuring inspection records, completion documentation and outstanding works are effectively managed to enable safe progression of the project construction.
- Work closely with contractors, package managers and commissioning teams to monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure systems are ready for handover in line with project priorities and delivery milestones.
- Partner with Asset Management to plan and deliver the handover of plant and equipment, ensuring all operational information, documentation and contractual requirements are completed to support a smooth transition into operations.
- Develop and implement the project's completions strategy, identify and manage delivery risks, contribute to contract requirements and ensure compliance with technical, quality and safety standards throughout the completions process.
You have:
- An HNC (or equivalent) qualification in an engineering discipline, or relevant technical knowledge and experience.
- Experience supporting completions, commissioning, operational handover, or similar project delivery activities within engineering, infrastructure, energy, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to collaborate, interface and influence effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, clients, operational teams, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Strong organisational, digital, and problem-solving skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and project, asset, or completions management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.
