Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 depending on skills and experience + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

We're looking for a talented Salesperson within the Building Controls (BMS) / Smart Buildings industry. Joining our team means stepping into a world of cutting‑edge projects that harness the power of the latest technologies and ingenious solutions, all aimed at reducing energy consumption and cutting carbon emissions in buildings.

Your mission? To forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, consultants, and building owners. Your charisma, technical acumen, and strategic thinking will position you as a trusted advisor, enabling you to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.

  • Promote our advanced BMS solutions.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop key partnerships within commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.

You have

  • Knowledge of Building Control Systems.
  • Sales experience within Building Controls industry or a related industry.
  • A current driving licence, due to travel to and from client sites.
