You Will
Skills
As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving successful delivery of products within SSE. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure delivery. Your analytical skills and understanding of the energy industry will be essential in identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing outcomes:
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories and product backlogs.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs to actionable plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve dependencies, and mitigate risks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of the delivery objectives.
You Have
- Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Business Process Mapping, PowerBI, and Visio
- Understanding of Agile software development practices, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Outstanding coordination abilities, with a track record of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders in business and technical domains.
- Professional knowledge of the Energy sector, including key market trends and business drivers
- Experience in supporting team facilitation and management tools, e.g. Azure DevOps/ Jira
