Working Pattern: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract | Full Time
The Wayleave Registry is responsible for the accurate administration of all wayleave agreements and consent documentation for the Distribution and Transmission Businesses within the SSE Group. As a Wayleave Administrator, you will ensure that all new wayleave agreements are correctly recorded within our internal systems. This includes the timely scanning, indexing, and digital filing of all documentation to maintain a complete and accurate database. You will play a key role in supporting operational teams by ensuring that all agreement records are organised, accessible, and fully compliant with internal standards.
You have:
- Excellent organisational skills and are detail-focused, with the ability to maintain accurate records and spot discrepancies quickly whilst continuing to meet deadlines.
- Confidence using IT systems, including document management tools, scanning software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with structured processes, ensuring documents are recorded, indexed, and filed consistently and correctly.
- Strong communication skills and can work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Experience in administrative tasks (previous experience in a registry, compliance, or document-handling role is beneficial but not essential).
