SSE plc is seeking a Senior Land Manager to secure land and property rights for major Scottish energy infrastructure projects. Based from one of our Scottish locations, you will drive land assembly using statutory powers and negotiate with landowners to support project delivery.
You will coordinate landowner liaison, prepare necessary wayleaves and compulsory purchase orders, and manage stakeholder relations across policy, valuation and compensation aspects.
