The role owns the full product lifecycle - from strategy and roadmap through delivery and ongoing improvement - with a strong focus on customer experience, efficiency, resilience and measurable business outcomes.

You will:

  • Set and own the product vision and roadmap, translating business priorities into clear outcomes and a delivery plan that balances value, risk and pace.

  • Build strong internal and supplier relationships, managing performance, resolving issues, and creating a collaborative, product led way of working that encourages learning and innovation.

You have:

  • Strong product leadership experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex platforms or products across their full lifecycle.
  • The ability to work in complex environments, bringing clarity where there are multiple stakeholders, technologies or competing priorities.
  • Experience of prioritising work based on value, using data and outcomes to guide decisions rather than process alone.
