Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Reading, Glasgow, Perth, Portsmouth.
Salary: £35,200- £52,800 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role involves managing and coordinating transition state activities for a programme release pillar, such as:
- Benefit Modelling - Ensures the benefit forecast model for releases within the pillar is kept up to date and aligned with Finance and HR inputs.
- Requirement Traceability – Manages end‑to‑end requirements traceability for the pillar, including adherence to strategic decision records and assurance of business user story design ahead of stage gate governance.
- KPI Tracking – Tracks and coordinates key activities delivered by the Project and the business that are required to enable adoption and sustainment of benefits.
- Transition State Management – Coordinates and tracks the implementation of interim transition states required within the business prior to business go‑live of a release.
- Strategic Alignment to ED3 – Supports alignment between Bridge delivery and ED3 business plan submission teams to ensure bridge delivery is strategically aligned to business ED3 objectives.
- PMO/Governance Support – Provides clear visibility of transition state progress, risks, and dependencies to the Transition State Lead and relevant governance forums.
You have:
- Able to take ownership of problems and requests as well as the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
- Excellent time management skills; able to effectively plan own and others’ time.
- A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise own workload within demanding schedules.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and Power BI.
