Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Perth, Reading, Dublin, Havant or Cardiff.

The Role: As Product Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our IT products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, engineers, delivery leads to ensure the successful development, implementation, and optimization of solutions.

You Will:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and detailed specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data team, delivery lead and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of products into existing systems and processes.
  • Collect and analyse user feedback to refine products features and functionalities, ensuring a user-centric approach and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure successful delivery of products using Agile methodologies.

You Have:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Business Process Mapping.
  • Understanding of Agile software development practices, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Outstanding coordination abilities, with a track record of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders in business and technical domains.
  • A degree level qualification or relevant experience with well-developed communication skills with the ability to present and offer challenge to internal and external audiences on business critical content.
  • Experience in supporting team facilitation and management tools, e.g. Azure DevOps/ Jira.
