Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Glasgow or Perth.

The role:
- As the Finance Business Partner â Growth in SSE Thermal you will report to the Head of Finance Business Partnering.
- You will work across multiple development, construction and decommissioning projects, encompassing a range of lowâcarbon technologies and working both internally to SSE and with our external partners.
- Work with our Development team to bring financial rigour to all projects, focussing on delivery with drive and discipline.
- Provide all aspects of financial advice including accounting, investment appraisal and risk management to inform better decision making which leads to a better business.
- Support the production of the business's key long term financial plans, helping to identify and adapt to changing strategic priorities.
You have:
- A professional accountancy qualification and 5+ years of post qualified experience.
- Previous experience of working across multiple projects.
- Experience of or an interest in the energy industry.
- Superb communication skills of financial information with strong commercial acumen.
- The ability to think strategically and influence outcomes.
