  • Culture & Behaviours - Champion positive behaviours and consistent Safety Family practices, working with managers and partners to strengthen respectful, safety focused ways of working and uphold high performance standards.
  • External Representation - Represent SSE with professionalism in engagement with regulatory bodies and strategic partners, ensuring strong collaboration and clear communication.
  • Incident & Assurance Leadership - Support incident management and investigations, share learning across teams, and support audits, inspections and documentation improvements to maintain compliance, governance and continuous improvement.

You have

  • Recognised SHE Qualification in SHE Management e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate, or willingness to work towards qualification
  • Experience drafting clear, fact-based reports and supporting documentation
  • Experience of incident investigation processes preferred
  • Able to identify business opportunities within own area of expertise
